I hate to admit it, but over the past year I’ve only spend a few nights in hotels. In fact, I bet all together, I can count one hand how many of those nights were with Marriott hotels. See, the issue is that my travel habits have changes substantially since I first started blogging.
Back when I started I was staying an average of 10 nights a month at least in hotels. I’d bet 90% or more of those nights were spent at Marriott hotels. From all of those nights I was earning a lot of Marriott Rewards points and spending them almost as quickly. However, since I now rarely spend nights at hotels I’ve been earning far less Marriott (now Bonvoy) points. So, as you can imagine, I’m always looking for ways to earn Bonvoy points quickly and easily.
Earn Bonus Marriott Bonvoy Points From Marriott Bonvoy Endless Earning
To that end, a few days ago I received an email from Marriott. At face value it as just another standard promotional email, but once I opened it up I found a decent offer to earn some bonus points. At first glance it appears this offer is to earn ‘just’ 1,500 bonus points, but the offer is far better than that.
The offer is actually to earn 1,500 bonus points per two night stay with no earning limits. From this promotion, you can earn 1,500 bonus points on each two night stay with Marriott brand hotels.
To sign up for Marriott Bonvoy Endless Earning, as is the case with various Marriott promotions, you have to first register. If you received the email offer directly from Marriott you can register by clicking the “register” button in the email. Otherwise, you can register by visiting the Marriott Bonvoy promotions page. Once you’ve reached the registration page you’ll find further details of the Endless Earning promotion.
As you can see, the offer is valid from July 2, 2019 through September 16, 2019. So, if you have any 2-night stays coming up between now and then make sure to register. If don’t register for the promotion you will not earn the bonus points.
Final Thoughts
Through this promotion you could actually end up earning a ton of Marriott bonus points. The promotion is valid from July 2 through September 16 which means there are about 76 qualifying nights. If you maximized these with two-night stays, you’d be able to earn a maximum of 57,000 points.
Ok, that would be a bit extreme, but let’s assume you travel work work 4 nights a week. Assuming you’d be willing to change hotels halfway though the week each week, you could earn an extra 3,000 points a week. To many that might not be worth it, but there are plenty of people out there who would love a few extra thousand points.
Either way, if you haven’t done so already, make sure to register for the Marriott Bonvoy Endless Earnings promotion. Also, make sure to setup email alerts from Marriott for future promotions. As much as I dislike subscription emails, I find that these particular emails from Marriott are often quite helpful.
